The Outcomes Research Consortium is a one-of-a-kind organization with over 200 members spread across multiple countries. It has no legal status or bank account and runs without a formal structure, yet its members share a common mission: to improve healthcare by studying the results of medical practices. Despite its informal setup, the group has published more than 2,300 journal articles and continues to release a new one every two days.
